Job Role:

The Head of Sales is responsible to lead the sales team towards the company’s goals, which will provide the company a competitive advance, support, growth, and deliver long-term profitable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the Sales team’s day-to-day operations;
  • Responsible for the Sales team members’ performance and growth;
  • Delegate authority and responsibility to the Sales team while supervising and reviewing their performance;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports;
  • Assist the company’s CEO in in establishing plans for the Sales team operations to meet agreed-upon targets and/or conduct successful lead generation;
  • Assist the company’s CEO in establishing individual Sales team member objectives and effectively communicating them to the team;
  • Assist the Sales team members with the preparation and delivery of client / customer presentations, proposals, quoting, and sales closing;
  • Assist the Sales team member with follow-up calls;
  • Make suggestions for new revenue streams;
  • Keep track of the disparities between projected and actual revenue forecasts and provide justifications for such differences;
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product range, as well as its unique selling points and features, to assist
    Sales team members in providing the most competent advice to clients;
  • Communicate, collaborate, and entertain all members of the organization, as well as its suppliers and clients;
  • Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale;
  • Conduct customer surveys and report any significant findings to higher management;
  • Perform quarterly stock-takes (display items);
  • Ensure that the showroom is to be clean at all times, and appropriately well-stocked and priced with the appropriate display models and safefor customers, staff, and 3rd parties, and;
  • Open and close the showroom.
