Job Role:

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk in our showroom on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and celrcial tasks.


  • Greeting clients in a polite manner, and setting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate departments.
  • Setting customer appointments.
  • Handling cash, issuing customer receipts and coordinating cash movement to head office.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records, whilst updating them when necessary.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, taking notes and doing reservations.
  • Coordinating the mail flow in and out of office.
  • Monitoring, organizing and forwarding emails.
  • Maintaining Outlook calendar including leave and important reminders.
  • Performing an inventory of showroom / office supplies and ordering what is needed.
  • Responsible for the daily upkeep of the showroom.
  • Calling customers and / or 3rd parties as directed by the line manager.
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks and passing their orders to the purchasing department.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
