Role Overview
The Accounts Clerk at DINO FINO Operations Ltd. will support the finance team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. This role ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to the smooth management of the company’s financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the upkeep of the company’s books of accounts;
- Creditor’s management includes reconciling supplier statements and issuing payments;
- Actively involved in the group’s overall billing function;
- Payment runs;
- Assisting in debtors’ management including chasing;
- Issuing customer’s receipts and processing cash;
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and suppliers;
- Preparation of various computations to assist in the preparation of the management accounts and other financial reports;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Other general duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a minimum of an A’ level standard of education particularly in accounting and ideally be working towards attaining a finance qualification;
- Prior work experience is a MUST;
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook;
- Have the ability to plan ahead of time, stay organized, and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to work and collaborate with other departments;
- Shows initiative and is keen to continue learning.
