Role Overview

The Accounts Clerk at DINO FINO Operations Ltd. will support the finance team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. This role ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to the smooth management of the company’s financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the upkeep of the company’s books of accounts;
  • Creditor’s management includes reconciling supplier statements and issuing payments;
  • Actively involved in the group’s overall billing function;
  • Payment runs;
  • Assisting in debtors’ management including chasing;
  • Issuing customer’s receipts and processing cash;
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and suppliers;
  • Preparation of various computations to assist in the preparation of the management accounts and other financial reports;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Other general duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of an A’ level standard of education particularly in accounting and ideally be working towards attaining a finance qualification;
  • Prior work experience is a MUST;
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook;
  • Have the ability to plan ahead of time, stay organized, and meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to work and collaborate with other departments;
  • Shows initiative and is keen to continue learning.
