MOSCATO JELLY WITH MIXED BERRIES

Recipe:
1 1/2 cups plus 1 tbsp. (375ml) moscato wine
4 (10 g) gelatin sheets or 1 envelope granulated gelatin (1/4 oz.)
4 1/2 oz. (125 g) mixed berries, or about 1 cup
4 fresh mint leaves
Method:
If you are using gelatin sheets, soak them in cold water. When softened, remove from the water and squeeze out excess liquid. In a small pot let gelatin dissolve in a few tablespoons of warmed Moscato, then stir in the remaining wine.
Place a portion of mixed berries in individual serving bowls or parfait glasses and pour the liquid over them. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
